HereWare allows your Team Members to assign and monitor and manage tasks company wide from one interface. When tasks are assigned by you they instantly appear on that Team Member's Task list and they receive email notification with detail of the new task. 

As the Team Member works on the task, they can associate that task with the accounts, contacts, or opportunities that it is related to. In addition they can associated incoming and outgoing emails with it to track all progress. This information is viewable by all members of the team, no matter where they are located.
