HereWare is designed to help your sales staff increase it’s productivity and revenue generation by helping to manage the sales pipeline. The first step in that process is managing new leads. You can import leads, or they can come directly into the system from a web form and then be automatically assigned to the correct team member, based on any number of criteria. HereWare will even send an email to the team member that has received the new lead. 

Lead Management

HereWare then tracks the team member's communications with the lead, and how the lead is progressing through the sales cycle. Once the lead has been properly qualified, and the decision maker is identified and communicated with, then an ‘Opportunity’ can be created and associated with the lead.
