HereWare activation and deactivation of accounts occurs with a single click. Accounts that are created during a particular month are billed during that month. Accounts that are deleted are no longer billed for – it’s that easy.

HereWare integrates all user functions into a single sign on, single user administration panel that allows for simple creation of detailed user profiles and their privileges. Only give each user access to the systems or resources they need, and block them from viewing others. 

HereWare also enables each individual user to access their own account to update their personal information, without being able to change their privileges unless they are an administrator.
