With HereWare you simply right mouse click on an email in Outlook or our web based email interface…
…HereWare looks up any Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Tasks, and Projects that the sender is associated with in the system. You then check the items that the email is relevant to and delete it (or file it in a folder if you must).
The email content is stored in the HereWare system until you (or someone else in your company) looks up the details of any of the items you specifically associated that email with. You can also see all the emails from others in your company that have been associated with items or accounts.
