With HereWare all your companies contacts are accessible from anywhere through our web based interface. And each of your employees' interactions with those contacts can be recorded: calls, appointments, notes and emails can all be recorded and tracked.
Each of your Team Members can also see the efforts and communication trail of the other Team Members. 
HereWare’s detailed Contact view lets you and your Team Members see not only the history of that contact and the communication with them, but all other aspects of your business association with that contact. Any Opportunities, Projects and Tasks that have a relationship to a contact, are listed with that contact, and can be jumped to with a single click.
